Turbo suddenly lost power 900

I was going about 50 mph when I went to pass another car. I pressed the gas, pulled out and started to pass. When I got along side of the other car, the car suddenly lost power. I looked down at the turbo guage and noticed that it was all the way down. No boost. I eased up on the gas and the turbo sprang to life again. Any ideas? Vacuum leak maybe? The turbo seemed to act normally besides that. I did not notice any smoke from the tailpipe.

Please help. BTW it's a 1993 945 Turbo Wagon with 201k. :-)
