recirculate air vacuum control leak 200

Deceided to try and fix a problem with a vacuum leak in the recirculate air function. Unless this button is pressed in a leak is present. By pinching the line the leak goes away. Problem is this line heads behind the heater core and is very difficult to get at. The line is not leaking at the farest point I can reach. Any words of wisdom or suggestions on solving this problem?
