Tie Rod dilemma HELPPP 200

I want to thank DougC and Rhaire for their help. I understand more about the suspension and steering now.I have just discovered that I indeed have the ZF Rack. The information on the Cam Gear rack is probally close to the same but I, being most uninformed in this area, still have no idea how to change it. The dealer was no help and the parts people are a joke when it comes to Volvos. One of them told me they all fit the same application.. I have a part number ES2747 Perfect Circle and also a Moog number EV326. I am told that the 2747 is for the ZF and the 326 is for the Cam gear rack..Does anyone know for sure which is which?? I really do not want to take the tie rod out untill I have a replacement in hand..Just a phobia I have I guess.
