I used krylon fusion to paint my grill black and it held up pretty well.
I was finally able to locate a 940 turbo grill that looks even better(thanks tjts1)I did use the chrome surround fom the 960,as all the 940's i've seen dont have the chrome outside frame.
I've also received a 100k badge from volvo to add along with the 200k.
I'm still trying to figure how I want these placed on the grill,or as someone else mentioned,placing them next to the rear license plate.
You can still get these badges from Volvo thru their site,the last one only took about a month.
