Which battery to buy, and how many CCAs for 90 240 wagon? 200

I'm looking for a good quality long lasting battery for heavy Minnesota driving, (cold starting).
I've heard good things about Interstate.
How many CCAs are good? I've heard too many are not good because they are thinner and
break easier.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
