I need a squair receiver hitch for a 72 145 140-160

I need to find a hitch for my 72 145. On Labor day I'm going to tow my MG Midget from Mass to Cleveland Oh with a tow dolly from U-haul. I need the squair reciever style hitch that mounts under the rear bumper brackets and to the body neer the gass tank. Anyone got one they will part with?
