Is the 5 finger cooling fan test worthy? 700

Place your hand in the air when the cooling fan is blowing on a hot radiator. Shouldn't it be evenly warm all the way around its circumference? Mine is hot on the driver side but cool on the passenger side - maybe my radiator is clogged (mine is metal)
