Oil Weight Scare 900 1998

Hi everyone,

I let my buddy borrow my 960/S90 (Whatever it is lol) for a week. He offered to change the oil while I was out of town, I said sure thing. He gave the car back yesterday, after having it detailed and looks gorgeous for a refridgerator box with wheels. I saw the receipt for the oil in the glove box. He put a new Volvo filter on and put in Castrol 20w50 in the car. I am now scared as to what this could be doing. Have not driven the car since I got back and am wondering whether to change this oil out immediatly as it pretty heavy. Anyone know if the 960 can handle this weight? BTW the car has 110k on it.
