Back Doors won't Open! 200 1989

Is there a way to get the back doors open when they don't work right? I know they have the kid proof thingy but they won't open from the outside either.The pass. side won't open at all,and lately the drivers side will not work properly from time to time.(Back only-the fronts are fine).Anyone else experience this?
