1990 740 16 valve: radio, wipers and horn intermittent 700 1990

I've know for a while that the radio was intermittent - works fine for a while, cuts out entirely, and goes on mad channel searches on its own. But tonight I discovered that when there's no radio there's also no horn or wipers. It's not fuse #15 (listed as for wipers and horn)- I checked. Any ideas? (Note to self: in the future, do not give son your manual when he buys the same model you have. Make him buy his own.)
