Wiring Harness and other questions?? 700 1985

Where would everyone here order a wiring harness from for a 85 760 turbo?
Also what would a shop charge to:
1. Replace the clutch (m46), rear seal.
2. Headliner w/sunroof
3. Engine wire harness.

My fan in front of the radiator works when you jump it. I have installed a new switch and it still does not kick in when it should. Is this wiring harness related?
