tie rods and service plates?? 200 1978

my passenger side tie rod and end need replacing on my 1978 242GT. the problem i am having is that when i go to get a part they ask what the service plate marking is. I have no idea. where would i find this?? all i know is that its got power steering and the rack is made by ZF
