Bad start 200

Plugs,leads,dist.cap&rotor all fairly new. Car starts first go in cold wet weather,pouring rain, hot weather. But if it's a warm humid day I get problems. Will start but only after cranking 6 to 8 times and only then catches-very rough idle until I give it gas and it warms. Are there any tips to get around this humidity problem? Besides moving to a new climate.
