I just purchased a 1990 240 DL 188k+ (odo broke) got it for a steal. It has no exhaust. But I am having it put on on the 1st of september. since the exhaust is off the o2 sensor is off as well. Is this the reason that I have to pump the gas pedal to keep it running. should I also be looking at something else. My friend friend says it sounds like a vacuum leak, but he is a chevy man so I don't know if his advice is valid. any advice would be appreciated thanks.
