stripped steering rack - what do I do? 200 1986

One of the oil hose holes (there are 4 in the rack - these are for the 2 metal lines that are integral to the rack) is stripped and leaking considerably. The rack is still good - so I'd like to repair it rather than replace it. Does anyone have experience with this repair? Any advice to offer? Any help is appreciated.
By the way the rack is a CAM.
