#9 fuse is dead 700

Hello,
My 1991 745t has no power at the #9 fuse. That means no windows, shift lock or abs or signals. Not good. I've pulled the fuse box and noticed the feed wire seemed to be loose. Re-attached it and all was well for a while. Two days later it started acting up again. I've also changed the ignition switch but no dice. Any thoughts on this one? Thx.
