They got me again, after having a breakdown in my 81 GLT from corroded fuses, I had forgotten about them (with the 740's) until i got a call from my daughter in the 91 245SE broken down with a seemingly intermitent fuel pump or clogged filter.
After 15 minutes diagnoses later i was cursing Volvo for still using those fuses.
The high pressure pump fuse was intermittent and the fuse for the electric shift lock was no making contact (a problem she had told me of earlier)
Cleaned them and applied NO OX last night UGGGGGH.
