I just purchased a used electric cooling fan for an 89 240, supposed to be at least that is what the pick and pull told me..I need any information on installing it as I have no idea where the mounts go..It came with two L type looking mounts and one L shape round rod(broken at the end). the junk yard said they all connected to the radiator upper mounting area but this does not make sense to me.. Looks like one of them might go to the horn area..Please if you would,,also send pics if avaliable..As I think I am becoming (Illiterate)(SEE?) Thaks Max (Thaks??)
P.S. I also need some type of wiring diagram for the hookup. I have the haynes manuel but of course it is of no use.. I know there is a relay and some type of actuating switch but where do I put them..Yes I know one power to the relay comes from the a/c comp wire but where is the original relay located? Thanks again...
