Got one I can't figure out. Approx once every month, I get the check eng light. Car runs fine. My code computer is shot, so I can't determine codes. I clear the light by disconnecting the neg batt terminal. Check eng light reappears 4-6 weeks later. The only eng problem I can detect is a hesitation at idle every once and awhile, usually felt when accelerating from a stop. I cleaned the throttle body last month. Installed a rebuilt AMM appox a year ago. New plugs, condenser, wires and rotor approx 2 years ago. New fuel filter 6 months ago. Regular oil and filter changes. Cleaned the IAC motor real good about a year ago. Otherwise, the car runs and starts just fine. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
