Hey all...
OK, had a problem a few weeks ago where the car was idling funny. Per Spook's advice I removed the Idle Control valve and cleaned it and it was great. (Thanks Spook!)
Today, I went into a shop. The Idle fluctuated slightly once, then returned to normal. I got out, went to get a Pizza and came out of the shop. Got in the car, started right up, no problem. Put it in reverse, backed out, popped it into Drive and started to pull out and the engine died. Now it turns over normally, but won't start. I performed an OBD diagnostic in the parking lot and got a 1-1-1, so there are no fault codes in the computer.
Could this be the F.I. or radio Interference relay I have heard so much about? The car is still at the pizza place, and I'll wait a few hours for it to cool off then try it, cause if it's the relay, it should work when it cools off, right?
Any advice appreciated,
Fred
