I seem to be getting a whineing noise that increases in pitch as the speed goes up. eaven if I hit the clutch or get out of gear... plus there is a slight vibration in the steering related? also the vibration is Very noticable when braking from speeds of 100+ but u still notice it at 60 mph or less but it's worse if u are slowing from 130 and by the time u hit 60 it's Bad. But it did this before the whineing sound Please help
