How do I remove the small triangle windows 200 1975

I plan to have my car painted soon and need to remove the small windows behind the rear door to get to the rust spots. Any ideas how I can remove the trim without damaging it as well as taking the glass and rubber out? The manuals weren't much help.
This is for a 74 144 but I reckon most if not all 240's are the same (I've already asked this on the 140-160 board).
