Fuel Injector Adapter 200 1989

This question primarily applies to my 1989 245 DL non-turbo with a B230F engine and Bosch LH 2.4 fuel injection, but I'm also curious about my 1980 242 DL non-turbo B21F with Bosch CIS injection.

I've gone through two sets of fuel injection pressure testers. None of the adapters seems to fit. The 1989 Volvo has a female thread, while the fuel injector pressure testers come standard with female threads. The male-male adapters don't fit. The threads look like 1/4" but I'm not certain. Any help is greatly appreciated.
