Boost question/Breaks pedal hissing 700

Volvo is 90' 760T and runs well. And Boosts well( so I think/thought) dash gauge uses 3/4 of gauge (more then half of yellow) Good boost I would think.. Added the external boost gauge from IPD. At full boost it shows just over 5psi! I'm sure there is no vacuum leak there.. no hissing, But now if I gently push break pedeal it hisses! Ideas?

Oh yeah.. I'm sure the turbo seal is flaky.. (put still have full boost) I Know its blowing oil into the intercooler.. but I still have plenty of power??
