My door vinyl is cracked and peeling 200

Greetings All,
Does anyone have a remedy for replacing/removing/repainting the black vinyl attached to the top outside of the doors. Mine is cracked and peeling and detracts from an otherwise mint looking car. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
