Potential NEW strut removal tool 700

I took a scrap piece of 1/2" x 1.25" x 31" long steel flatbar and machined a 10mm wide x 1.25" long slot in the end.

I am hoping this will work to hold on to the end of the strut tube while I use the box end wrench to turn the nut.

It shouldn't fail for lack of torque...heh.

Let you know if I have success.
