How to run wires to car trunk? 200 1991

I'm installing a subwoofer in my trunk and need to run rca cables from my stereo and a line from the battery to the trunk of my car. I'm a bit clueless as to the best way to do this and would appreciate any advice. My car is a 1991 240 DL.
