What is fluid capacity of 1990 240 differential? 200 1990

...and which brand and weight do you all recommend? Any reason for me to switch to synthetic? The car has almost 200K on it and I am not sure if switching to synthetic is recommended. Regular dino oil has served me fine so far...(knock on wood)!
