242 turbo rims fit? 200

Hi,
My daughter just sold her 84 242T but kept a set of turbo rims. I`ve got an `80 244 which I`d like to put the turbo rims on. Will they fit my `80 244?
If they won`t fit, it will save me an 80 mile trip to the city.
