wiper motor replacement 200 1990

Found 1990 sedan priced right...one issue is the wiper motor needs replacing, according to the owner, and he checkd the fuse (s) and all a possible wiring.
so what kind of job is this and what should i expect to po pay for a used unit, roughly...
