Well since the last two weeks I have done some work to the ole brick..

I finally got the squeeling gone from the brakes..using shims and pink goo for the pads...thank God almighty, nothing worse than doing a brake change and driving around in fear someone will wreck because of the awful noise your car makes when I tried to stop...haha (I tossed the old shims on accident...)

ALSO...changed all the parking brake parts, shoes springs...not cables though as they were good to go...the thing works great now..i can park anywhere anytime now without any slippage i had before...

painted the front bumber and spoiler to match the freshly painted rear bumper/trim..and I also took the grill apart and painted her too..now the front end looks brand new, new H-lights, new corner signal lenses and all freshly painted mug to boot...looks like a damn prom queen!!!!

Got the tranny and rearend on synthetic fluids too now, shifts smoother and quiter running sounds..also changed the sad fill/drain plugs on the tranny! love it...OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH and the cruise control/new stalk install and turbo steering wheel went great as well...man i love it when things all come together and work like they s'possed too!!!

I know im boring you right now, I love my 89 245/M47...she loves me too....

just wanted to tell someone how happy i was with it...
