turbo coolant line 700 1987

one of the coolant lines to my turbo-charger has got a small leak (maybe an ounce of coolant a day).

I've called a couple local parts houses and had no luck finding a replacement. is this a dealer only item? or worse yet, only come with a complete turbo?
