Green gob on passenger side under dash 200 1989

I am not sure what this is. It is coming off of a copper pipe that is cold (I had been running my AC) to the touch and it is dripping green goop off of it and getting on wires and mats. Ideas as to what this might be or causing it. Thanks for any insight.
