I just want to pass along my thanks to B.C. for his answer was the right fix on the first try. I replaced the voltage regulator on the back of my alternator and that has solved my mystery pulsing idiot lights at idle. And like B.C. said, it CAN be done without removing the alternator. Well, thanks again until the next problem comes along......and at 295,000 miles, I hope it's a long time before the next one.
