Low Brake pedal...Help, please. 900 1993

1993 945 Turbo, low brake pedal (about 1" from floor). The car stops fine, it's just really low. Over the last 4 years I have replaced the master Cylinder, all but the Dr. side front caliper and all brake pads.
it seems lower to me know, but I've been driving my wife's 98 S70, the pedal is high and tight on that car. (I'm jealous of that)

Any ideas?
