Two Questions -- Koni shocks and Poly Trailing Arm Bushings 200 1983

1) I've seen some postings about difficulties people have had installing the Bilstein HD shocks. Has anyone experienced the same problem with the Konis?

2) I understand the poly bushings for the rear part of the trailing arm slide into the old metal sleeve. Does the same apply the front bushing on the trailing arm? I understand these don't wear out as badly, but was going to change them out anyway.
