Euro Side Marker light questions

I want to install a set of Euro side marker lights on my 88 240. I see that VlV world has them for considerabley less then my local dealor. Yet they do not say that they are OEM. Would I be sorry if I bought these verseses the ones from the dealor. I wonder if they are really the same thing.
