Everytime I crawl under car, I give up tightening the control arm bolts. 200 1989

I know it's the control arm bushings that are worn. [The thing clunks when I go over railroad tracks or even a gravel road.] So I crawl under the car while it's on ramps...look at the tight quarters at the control arm bolt covers and try to get a 19 mm wrench in there. (cause I don't want to take off the covers). I can get the wrench on the drivers side bolt...but I can't turn the darn thing.

I can even see where the rear control arm is moving in and out (shiny spot) of the cover. I'm thinking about getting a cheater pipe to put on the end of the wrench.
