green wire along drivers side frame near fuse panel 200 1992

after working on fuse panel to correct fuel pump problem i noticed a broken green wire after removing kick panel to access fuse panel. i now have no head lights or parking lights.i tried to locate the other end of green wire to no avail.any ideas??
