How do I remove ALREADY RECESSED Cam, Interm., Crank Seals? 200 1993

Hi: I have a 1993 240 Wagon. B230F Engine. 184,000 Miles.

The 3 front seals (Cam, Intermidiate, and Crank)are ALREADY recessed approx. 2-3mm.

They are in there pretty tight. I tried a seal pick, but they would not budge.

QUESTION? How do I get them out AND when I install the new seals how far can I drive the new seals in to mate with a fresh/new area of the Cam, Interm, and crank shafts.

Any help would be appreciated.
