I'm still trying to get this stupid timing belt job done, and I think I discovered something else broken down by the alternator:

Can someone tell me what that is, and what it does?
I'm beginning to wonder if I'm ever going to get my car running again... This was initially suppose to be a timing belt job, but it's sure gotten a lot bigger it seems...
Oh well, at least I got the new tensioner installed. That's about all I've accomplished though:

(Off topic, but man, I didn't realize those stupid screws that hold the brushes on the alt were so easy to strip...)
