Hard Starting 900 1993

Hello Folks,

I own a 93 940 Turbo wagon with 173k on the clock, withing the past month or so the engine will not start right away, the starter seems to want to "clunk" after about 5 rotations. Eventually after 3 tries she starts.
I cleaned the throttle body and added Seafoam. I dont know if this is a starter problem or fuel problem.

Anyone have this problem?
