240 ECU 200

I have a 93 245 with a XXX951 ECU in it which may be bad. I pulled the ECU out my 740 (which I totaled) it's a xxxxx946 and also pulled a XXXXXX561 out a 240 at the junkyard. Does anyone know is these will work in the 245?
