'97 964 w/6304 s2 - need advice on manuals, scanner, and gravel guard...oh, yeah, tires? S90-V90

Joining my 244 driver and the 850 (5234ft) project car, my '97 s90 (964 w/6304 s2), I have decided to keep it on Mobil 1 10-W-30 and M-1 AFT, as well as synthetic DOT-4 brake fluid, which I use in evrything frome the '90 240DL on up. What I am looking at are recommmendations for manuals and a good OBD-II scanner... Wher do I find the "green manuals in PDF form," and should I go with the $149 scanner from fcpgroton? I love this car, I'm keeping this one! :)
