How do you get the cam bolt loose to replace the front seal? 200 1980

I've been trying to figure out how to get that bolt loose that holds the camshaft sprocket on the front of the engine. My Bentley shows a picture of the top of the head having to be removed, but I'm not going to go that far today.

How about getting the other bolts off in order to replace the seals? I already got the crank bolt off, but I need to figure out how to get the i-shaft bolt off as well.

This car has a B-21f, and an m-46 transmission.

Thanks as always.
