Changing Power Steering Fluid?? 700

I just purchased an 89 740GL and am changing fluids. The Power Steeing Fluid is dirty and I am wondering if there is a drain at the rack or if I should take the lines loose at the pump?

It would be easier to suck the fluid out of the resovoir but probably only get a a small fraction of it.

Anyone has experience with this?
