Rear wiper motor 700 1992

If someone could tell me on how to remove the rear wiper assempbly,(motor linkage, and wiper arm. I would greatly appreciate it. I have already taken the inside panel off and exposed the motor and linkage. I can not figure out how to get the wiper arm off of that spindle piece. on the other side of the glass.
