i really like my brand new '90 760 turbo wagon w/auto tranny, but,... 700

... i really miss the 5 speed in the previous '88 740 wagon(250kmi) i had asked the dealer to put the tranny from the old wagon into the new one, but it turns out they weren't compatible. seems the '90 relies on a timing sensor in the tranny that the '88 didn't have....
so i was wondering...
... anybody know how to go about locating a decent 5 speed tranny compatible with a '90 760 turbo wagon?
