Rough idle, not fuel pump, not AMM, not old spark plugs, not injectors... IDEAS? 200 1984

242DL. Idle very very rough. Barely starts sometimes, doesn't want to idle, have to keep giving it gas to keep it going. This won't last long in a Maine winter. Have checked fuel pressure. A-OK. Have a new wiring harness, have done a throttle body job, dristibutor cap, spark plug wires. Finally, replaced spark plugs, and Air Mass Meter last weekend. It got worse. Also, it lags and has no power even when given gas when it's still cold, but after 20 minutes warm up it drive OK with lots of gas, but still idles very rough.

Ideas y'all??
