Transmission 700 2004

Today on higway at speed about 120km (accceleration) my tranny (I suspect)disengaged (or lost a gear)and orange arrow turned ON in my dashboard. Obwiously pressing on gas pedal car din't react (the engine did). Rolling I managed to drive off HWY and stopped while red light on nearest intersection. I shifted lever to P and back to D nad car acted as normal. Later on during another 25 min of driving (the same HWY)no problem or any symptoms but I was alarmed and expecting.
I'm driving this car(760T/90) for about four months and have no clue if prev. ovner ever changed the oil, but the level is OK and so far there was no problems.

Any clue? Thanks for advise!
